Delete your Sana'a Cafe account

At Sana’a Cafe, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

Option 1 – From the mobile app

  1. Open the Sana’a Cafe app.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to Profile.
  4. Open Settings.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion request

Option 2 – Contact Support

If you are unable to access your account, you can request account deletion by emailing: mailto:support@thesanaacafe.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account

Data that will be deleted

Option 1 – From the mobile app

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove your personal account information, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Account profile
  • Marketing and promotional preferences
  • Other personal information associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Some information, such as completed order history, invoices, or financial records, may be retained if required by applicable laws or legal obligations.

Account deletion requests are typically completed within this window.
